Karl A. Sillay, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery and Director of adult functional and stereotactic neurological surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Sillay earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and completed his fellowship in functional and stereotactic neurosurgery at the University of California at San Francisco Medical and San Francisco VA Medical Centers.

 

Dr. Sillay specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders of brain function, including Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, movement disorders and deep brain stimulation (DBS).
