Dr. McAchran is fellowship-trained in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. She specializes in all aspects of female pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence, voiding dysfunction, pelvic floor reconstruction for pelvic organ prolapse, urethrovaginal reconstruction for urethral diverticulum and fistulas, and female sexual dysfunction.
