Hans W. Sollinger, MD, PhD
Faculty, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health

Dr. Sollinger is Chairman of the Division of Transplantation at the University of Wisconsin. He has held numerous leadership positions in national transplant societies and is on the editorial board of many peer-reviewed journals in the field of transplantation. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He specializes in pancreas and renal transplantation, including transplantation for pediatric patients. He also performs general surgery for transplant patients, as well as renovascular surgery.

Dr. Sollinger’s research interests include the clinical and pre-clinical testing of new immunosuppressive agents, gene therapy for cell transplantation, and responses to histocompatibility antigens.
