Dr. Gubbels is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is fellowship trained in otology,neurotology and skull-base surgery. Dr. Gubbels’ clinical interests include cochlear implantation in children and adults, diseases of the ear, hearing rehabilitation, facial nerve disorders, acoustic neuromas and skull-base surgery.
